Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your new purchase. If your purchase isn't suitable, we'd be happy to offer you a refund or exchange as long as:
*Returns are made within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service on Info@7-Degress & Co. to retain a Return Code before you send item back.
*Items are returned to us unworn & in original packaging, the packaging will protect the jewellery/watches against damage during transport. Order number & Return code must be included.
*Refunds/Exchanges will be processed using the original tender type i.e. Gift Card, AfterPay, PayPal or Credit card.
Please be aware items can not be returned for refund if they are:
*Damaged due to wear and tear, it must be be in re-saleable condition.
*Any special order and engraved items are non-returnable. All engraved items of jewellery are specifically for final sale and have been engraved according to customer specifications.
*Sale Items, change of mind for sale or promotional items can be exchanged, or returned for gift card. Refunds will not be given for change of mind on sale products.
*Free Gifts, If promotional free gifts were offered at the time of order and the refund/exchange leads to the order no longer meeting the promotion requirement, refunds will not be processed unless the free Gifts have been returned.
Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive an exchange item, shipping cost will be added to.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For your own security, we would like to point out that any item you are returning or exchanging should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
